Who we are
MaxCheck, at maxcheck.pro, is run by MaxPlan LLC ("MaxPlan", "we", "us"). We decide how the data described here is used. For anything about privacy, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address. You sign in with a one-time link sent to it. If you use a free-mail address, such as Gmail, we also ask for your company name.
- Your model's structure. This comes from the Anaplan blueprint you upload: names, formulas, formats and notes. It never includes data values, because the blueprint export does not contain any.
- Your reports and run history. These are the findings, scores and AI explanations for each run.
- How you arrived. If you came to MaxCheck from a campaign link, we keep that link's details and the referring site.
- Your choice. We record that you clicked "Run full analysis", which mode you used, and when.
- Basic technical logs. Our servers log requests and sign-in events, including your IP address and browser type.
- Usage analytics. We count page views and product events, such as "report viewed", with an analytics tool we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and never receives your model or its names.
Why we use it
- To run the analysis you ask for and keep your reports.
- To improve MaxCheck's checks, for example by testing a new rule against stored models. This applies to models run through the full analysis.
- To follow up with you about MaxCheck and MaxPlan's services. You can opt out at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to us.
- To keep MaxCheck secure and working.
Clicking "Run full analysis" is your consent to storing your model, using it to improve MaxCheck's checks, and sending it to AI. The text next to the button says so.
The basic check
"Run a basic check in your browser" works entirely in your browser. Nothing about your model is sent to us or stored by us, and no email is needed.
Private mode
In Private mode, your browser replaces the names in your model with codes before anything is sent. The map from codes back to names stays on your device. We never receive it, so we and the AI see only codes. If you clear your browser storage, we cannot restore the names for you.
AI
For the full analysis, we send your model's structure to AI models through OpenRouter. We tell OpenRouter to use only AI providers that do not collect your data or train on it. If no such provider is available, the AI step does not run, and you get your report without AI explanations.
Who receives your data
We share data only with service providers that work for us under contract, such as hosting and email delivery. They include OpenRouter and the AI providers it routes to. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Models and reports: until you delete them, or your account. They do not expire on their own.
- Backups: deleted data can stay in backups until those backups are replaced in the normal cycle.
- Logs: kept for a short time, then deleted.
- Contact details for follow-up: until you opt out or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. You can object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time.
- To delete a model or your whole account, use the delete buttons in MaxCheck. The data is removed from our database straight away.
- For anything else, email [email protected].
You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
MaxCheck sets one kind of cookie: the sign-in session cookie that keeps you signed in. Your browser also keeps some data on your device, such as your Private mode code map and an upload waiting for sign-in. That data is not sent to us.
