These terms are an agreement between you and MaxPlan LLC ("MaxPlan", "we", "us") about your use of MaxCheck at maxcheck.pro. By using MaxCheck you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

The service

MaxCheck checks the quality of an Anaplan model from its blueprint export. It is free and provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind. We may change MaxCheck or stop it at any time.

MaxCheck is not made or endorsed by Anaplan, Inc. "Anaplan" is a trademark of Anaplan, Inc.

Findings and AI explanations are advisory

Findings, scores and AI explanations are produced automatically. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they are not professional advice. You decide what to change in your models, and you are responsible for those changes. Test every change in a copy of your model first.

Your uploads

You keep all rights in your models. By uploading a model, you confirm that you have the right to do so, for example your employer's or client's permission. If you are unsure, use Private mode or the basic check.

You let us store and analyse what you upload as described in the Privacy Policy, until you delete it.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse MaxCheck or try to break it. This includes accessing other users' data, probing our security, overloading the service, or getting around its limits. We may suspend an account that does.

Liability

MaxCheck is free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of MaxCheck, its findings or its AI explanations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We publish every version here with its date. If you keep using MaxCheck after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
